I have not received my items and the seller has not responded. Very disappointed

I did communicate with the buyer and the buyer agreed to wait as the items may have been caught up with the Christmas Mail backlog at a Mail Centre. The Buyer agreed to withhold on proceeding the complaint, but didn't do this and monies were returned by eBay.The Buyer also agreed to advise if the items were subsequently received and I have not heard anything further from the Buyer at the time of making this entry.I'm extremely disappointed as I did nothing wrong and don't have items or money
