Music with the Sonys was like no other earphone I’ve heard. Very hi fidelity. Software is a little more clunky than apples. The AirPods also had a fantastic transparency mode while Sony’s version is adequate just not as good as the apple. The Sonys win in every category that more important. The product itself wasn’t a good fit for me and I returned (uncomfortable and the ANC was good but not at the level I was looking for), but the seller made the return process very easy. The seller was great, and they even reached out to me to ensure that my current LinkBuds were on the correct firmware update so they paired correctly. My shipping times kept fluctuating at first, but the package actually arrived sooner than the original delivery date.
