We offered the buyer for replacement and send by Next day Service. Buyer demanded for a refund after we had already posted the item. Then we informed him/her the parcel is delivered and buyer gave us a negative feedback. We always send our Buyers a replacement by 1ST class or Next Day service if the parcel is lost.
