This seller is very unprofessional my item was delivered to the wrong address I do appreciate items go missing or are sent to wrong addresses etc but when I contacted them I was accused of being dishonest. I never wanted to leave negative feedback and I never have done in the past but this service is so awful I thought I should warn others. They say my item was delivered but click and collect still doesn’t show ready for collection see picturesdottytheduck 的回覆- 賣家 dottytheduck 回應的信用評價- 賣家 dottytheduck 回應的信用評價I an NOT unprofessional and eBay have confirmed that no where in any of my replies did I say the buyer was dishonest. It was sent to the correct address but on Monday 23rd they tried to deliver it but was unable so they requested a webchat but the buyer did not do it. it was then was then delivered on 25th September. Click and collect have not yet contacted the buyer but I have not control over when they contact them. YET still eBay will allow this negative feedback to be shown.

Seller was very easy to deal with and happy to answer all my questions and hold them for a few weeks while we were on holiday, would definitely recommend and buy again from this seller, thanks again.
