Ad photos showed much larger gold hoop earrings than delivered (see pix: their photo w/ earrings on model vs mine as received in box)...NOT EVEN CLOSE! Return/refund went straight forward, but I then had to deal with the insurance carrier to get that money back! So aggravating the insurance coverage isn't automatically refunded when item returned without hassle! Will not do further business with any seller who grossly misrepresents their product...Good-bye!
