The only way you could tell that it had been used was a slight glossing of the keys and I'm being really picky there. It started up really quickly even with Norton installed and turned off just as fast. It reckons 3 hours or so on the battery but it charges in no time and using it plugged in isn't a bother. 14" screen with Bluetooth etc. it will do nicely. Very happy with it

It also looks very clean in appearance, when delivered, looking like brand new.

I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller
