Customer sent email on late Thursday, we were closed on Friday, Customer sent return request on Saturday, We credit full return amount on Sunday! Customer did not have to return product. Customer then leaves negative as unresponsive. I guess you cannot please everyone. Well, if you look at our reviews, we please more than 99.6% of people. You decide. There is always 1 in every group!

The pair I ordered were nice and seemed to be good quality but the zipper broke when my daughter was putting them on. The seller refunded my money so I am satisfied. Wish the zipper wouldn’t have broke and the pants were useable but I got my money back so will buy again
