I can't stress enough just how helpful they were in providing assistance and solutions to the issue I had. In my case I had ordered the wrong IR33 controller (but had not installed it), there was no quibble or issue with returning it and being refunded. Very good company, definitely recommend.

The item prices are inflated somewhat, and I was charged shipping for each item, even though they all came in one package. Also, the exchange rate I was charged was inflated as well.
