This piece came damaged and I tried to reach out to try and resolve it, but the seller was no help. It’s been 6 days, since they were in touch with me. I guess that’s their way of telling me that I’m stuck with their damaged product.

Buyer did not like the feel of the threading on the balls and did not like that the covered ends under the balls are not PVD coated. No request for a return was made; they inquired if the piece was supposed to be like this and we advised that all are manufactured exactly the same in this style.
