One piece of feedback I wanted to leave is to suggest to seller to make it more clear in the listing that the item is refurbished because in several places it says “NEW” very clearly, which it kind of is….but also kind of isn’t. I think being “underpromised and over-delivered” is probably a better customer experience. But, when we list an item for sale on Ebay, that is not a condition option that is available. The item is either listed as NEW, Open Box, Used, "Seller Refurbished" or Parts/ Repair. Those are the ONLY options. So, for this particular item, the best choice was to select "New" for item condition.
