The product arrived exactly as promised.Though the seller should not be held accountable for it, there was a defect in the MOEN product itself which I was able to resolve on my own.Attaching the toilet paper holder requires affixing the holder to an included mounting plate.As a result of a manufacturing defect, the groove into which the mounting plate attached retained a shard of metal that prevented the 2 items from properly seating.I was able to remove the shard and complete the installation.
