I accepted the discount and purchased the missing rack ears for only about 15% of the discount--so great deal. Otherwise, shipping was fast and well packaged, item worked exactly as described... Have already done more business with seller and will continue to.

It would have been nice for them to follow through on a partial refund they offered but we never received. That really lowered the overall value we were promised.

This thing arrived in perfect shape and in record time. Incredible, they are first on my watch list.
