    Item was as described and was a good value. Unfortunately, the item and packaging was damaged during shipping by UPS. Seller refunded purchase in full and even threw in some extras. Seller is a great communicator and I would highly recommend doing business with him.

    I was able to complete my collection by going from one to all 12 of the bears. They arrived in their original packaging. Nick was very accommodating, as I was uninterested in receiving duplicates so he sent me a little refund and the rest of the 11 bears. Overall, the seller(s) have good speedy communication and were both honest and accommodating about the listing. I couldn't be more pleased. :)
