I Live near by, offered to pick up, or UPS,& pay for everything. Ups held box only seller could retrieve it. He did not contact UPS to re-route, return or re-send the package until forced by Ebay. Problem was solved, but by Ebay, not seller. Items are very good. Seller, for me, will not respond unless u seriously invest time to contact Ebay.***** 的補充評價- 買家補充的信用評價- 買家補充的信用評價I have to say that after 2 weeks of intense communication with Ebay, hours of frustration, lack of empathy from Ebay to me as a buyer I finally found support from a representative who checked all my info and put the seller to re-send my purchase. I thank him for that. The quality of these items and last delivery was as it was supposed to be from the start: Easy. I would like to change my negative feed, but I don't know how.
