- s***t (580)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證I bought this cat flap as it was advertised as a microchip accessible flap, when I saw it had a battery compartment I presumed it was what it was advertised to be, after fitting I found that it was in fact a 4-way rotary flap, I contacted the seller who had changed the description and made out I was in the wrong initially and then proceeded to make out I should have tried my cat with it before fitting. Very poor customer experience and I won’t be shopping with them again.

I sent a polite letter to the seller , who gave me a reply I was disgusted with , saying it was in a box , so no problem .. I only bought from this seller because of the container!! So I'll never buy from this seller again
