They promptly sent a replacement pair but unfortunately, these too I found unopenable and I was given a prompt refund. Since then it seems there might have been a misunderstanding of my complaints - possibly language related. They have now provided advice on resolving the issues but which I have yet to try. This could more usefully be given on the sale web page or with the product.
