USPS damaged the box and one of the powders leaked inside the box. I offered to pay for the open bag - he wanted the full $190 back. I offered to refund the entire amount if he would return it - and I had Ebay send him a return label at MY cost. He declined again and wanted $190. I finally offered $190 if he'd send a photo of all the bags destroyed. He went to Ebay - they finally credited him and DID NOT charge me back. 1st negative in 26 yrs
