The seller was apologetic and gave me the option to get another similar item or a refund. I chose the refund which the seller immediately processed. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get what I ordered but I do not blame the seller at all. In fact, I am very pleased with the seller's professionalism and immediate responses to my messages and processing the refund. I would buy other items from this seller.
