Ordered the part on 28th November and still waiting for wait. Original one I received was broken emailed them advised me that replacement has been sent out but still not received been over a mont now. I messaged them few times no reply only had 1 reply with the tracking number and got told due to Royal Mail been on strike I will have it shortly still not received. We are on 10th jan and still not received. They have stopped replying I have rang still the don’t know what is happening.

There have been some big postal delays with the royal mail strikes,All though to be fair you purchased one the other month and said it was damaged, we have never had one damaged before, you then purchased another one, and said it was damaged, when i asked wasn't you the same person who purchased one the other month, you said you have many off these cleaners and needed another one, this did raise suspicions, please do not purchase from us again.
