However, dealing with the seller was absolutely amazing!! They were more than willing to correct the situation and very apologetic. They seem to be unaware that parts came out of the big hole that was left in the backside of the box prior to shipping?? I would consider purchasing from them again

Excellent seller, highly recommend! Packaging was great and ship time was as expected.
