It seems like a genuine OEM part but it would not lock into place on the the mouse body. The screw holes were either not tapped at all or were tapped incorrectly because the screws were almost impossible to seat fully. I eventually get the mouse to work but it is still not working as I wish it was.

There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.
