Razer used to sell these replacements dongles but have stopped; I'm guessing they are no longer supporting the V2. So I am very happy to still be able to pick up working units and not have to replace my mouse so soon.

There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.
