The employees were friendly and took the extra time to check it on the bench before I left. A set of fresh batteries has it running like new, and the cases on these clean up much nicer than the APC BackUPS Pro LCD units.

All parts needed to get it up and running also included within, which was nice. I got two aftermarket cells to go inside of it. Seems to be working just fine after the fact. Thanks!

The drive was expertly packed, with extremely fast shipping(2 days because I paid on a Saturday, but the drive arrived by Tuesday). The product was exactly as stated in the description and photos, with 100% drive health! I will be buying from TestWorld Inc again in the future, the best value I found with the best purchase experience I could have asked for!
