The PSU arrived well packaged and it appears new, as described. Delivery took a while (19 days from order date) and it got lost in transit to the UK, but this is not a fault of the seller, and the seller tracked it down quickly. Seller communication was excellent - they replied quickly and were very useful. I would buy from them again.

This is what I consider top notch customer service and I am elated to get my new motherboard to get my computer up and running again.
