The seller provided a pre-paid FedEx label to ship frames and all and custom cut and installed my selected new lenses. Total turnaround time was only 4-days!!! This is a great seller- comes with my highest recommendation!!

They did not stock the correct lenses for my wife’s Coach frames, so Apex sent a prepaid label to send the frames to them. They made new lenses, installed them in our frames, and shipped them back to us at NO additional cost, and it only took a week. The new lenses are perfect and crystal clear. IMO Apex went over and above to make sure we are satisfied with their product and service, and we are!
