When we purchased the side door molding it came as a set. Unfortunately we only needed one strip from the set and this one strip just so happen to have a small dent in it. Instead of returning the purchase we decided to keep the molding and repair the small dent ourselves. While it was slightly better, it is still noticeable. For this reason I rated my experience as neutral. Also, the description on the sellers site stated it would fit a 2016 Mercedes Roadtrek, unfortunately it did not.

The packaged arrived and the item looks used. Like if someone returned it. Looks poorly packaged. The sealant is dry and there are no instructions on how to install it.
