Been burned before online so I always check one star reviews, almost didn't order from Focus Camera. A lot of negative reviews are a decade old. I had great communication, great customer service (offered on one and bought another from them over Labor day so I ended up with 2, they cancelled and refunded one for me). I’m sure they had to notify the actual seller did that person had to ship it . Not truly transparent . The item is exactly what I wanted. The price was the best I’ve ever found.. vortex is always great quality. The condition was new as explained.. all in all I would purchase again .
