Ignored messages and i am now stuck with a faulty item that was sold as new. The manufacturer told us the item is out of warranty, so the item is not so new after all. Other items no issues this is more about the poor aftercare from the seller. On looking into this I see they made a purchase for this item was over 2 years ago. They tried to open a return eBay would auto closed it as it is well out of the returns window. They then purchased the same item again just to leave negative feedback. They did this twice on 2 separate orders. If there is an issue with a product these things can always be rectified by just talking to us first.
