My Mac M4 (2TB) arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition. Despite a slight delay from Apple, it was delivered as promised. However, Daniel’s prompt and honest response clarified Apple’s supply issues, easing my concerns. He provided regular updates, confirming my iMac’s UK arrival on February 18th. True to his word, it arrived on February 20th in perfect condition. While delays were frustrating, Deecies’ transparency and professionalism stood out. I highly recommend them for their quality service I would definitely order again

Seller went out of his way to ensure my package arrived next day, ordered at 3pm and arrived by 9am. Can't recommend him enough. Product was brand new and sealed excellent price and quality. Thank you again

The communication and rectifying it could not have been better and the person (who gave their name!) corrected the issues immediately and kept me informed. You couldn't ask for more. The packaging was compact but clearly very protective of the computer. Overall - very impressed and I would thoroughly recommend them.
