When the product finally arrived, I was told that it was sent COD and the balance was $278. I refused the package and contacted the seller. The seller tried to tell me that it was for import taxes and tariffs. I disagreed since my spouse is a global import specialist of 20+ years and co firmed this with her. Buyer has no idead that we don't charge import tax . As per US customs regulations they charge. We have issued refund even we have not received return package. Unfortunately, we have to deal with this situation.
