Contacted Katana and they replaced the missing strip. The tube was also bent. The courier is responsible for the quality of their service. However, maybe stronger tubes or a different courier is called for1 x Carbon Fiber Strip Pultruded 2mm Thickness x 10mm 12mm Width x 800mm（#332446408878）

However, would recommend that if they are to continue using EVRi as a delivery company, then more robust packaging is required as EVRi are such an irresponsible, terrible & unreliable company.
