This item is not new and is not authentic Murano glass, and the seller is thinking that I damaged it when it was not even out of the box.
The Seller also threatened to me when I asked to return it.

Buyer had this item for weeks and decided she did not want it anymore. Called it a fake because she has “ been to Italy “. Returned it scratched up. I stated I will open a case with eBay so that was a threat apparently. Sellers beware of this buyer. Was eventually fully refunded at my expense.
