But another was dispatched for the next day and that arrived safely. Thank you for your help and outstanding service.

I had other leather cases for previous iPhones from Apple where the buttons felt smoother and more tactile. I managed to loosen it up a bit by pressing the case button many times with the phone out of the case softening the leather a bit.

Will definitely buy from the seller again now that I know it was the real thing and unopened. Could have done with more padding, but still no complaint. Easy to track package via the Royal Mail app. I would definitely recommend the seller. Also EBay gave me a £10 voucher towards the price making a really good deal for me.
