They didn't even know where they left the pkgs and pointed me towards the seller for a remedy not knowing an honest woman called and I went down and retrieved them. AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS. Their "investigations" are BS, they take no responsibility for their errors, and they will point fingers and hang the customer and seller out to dry. NEVER FEDEX.
