It was progressing to be delivered on the day scheduled but somehow the package was rerouted from Akron, OH to Seattle, WA. I live in the Midwest so I was confused why it would go there. I contacted the seller who notified USPS of the mix up. I finally received the product a few days later and it was exactly what I need and in excellent condition.

They responded right away and cancelled my order and refunded my money. A great seller and great doing business with you thank you
