Chirps upon receiving my inquiry only asked for photo proof of what was going on…after receiving photos he advised me to submit a return request with those photos and he would then refund in full. Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

The value I received buying these used was excellent it’s just unfortunate this is my 3rd time having to buy the same glasses because I keep losing them. Quality seller and I’d recommend them.

I asked for the expiration date of the pads after the order was placed and then was told that there were no pads as stated in the description. I looked again and did not see it in the description, but leaving positive feedback because he was responsive to my requests and I feel like it was a misunderstanding.
