if there is a problem with the order ideally you should reach out to us via eBay, preferably with some photo evidence.
Leaving two negative reviews without first giving us a chance to resolve the problem is not constructive for either of us.
Furthermore, the one you received is the large size it took about 17 hours to make and would not even fit on a RM small box, was sent as a RM medium parcel.
