They responded fast and were very apologetic. Said to keep items received, as return costs more than the items. Unfortunately, only had one filter available to send but did refund the second one. They also said if they get more in, they will contact me to let me know if available.

Otherwise arrived on time, double boxed with extra packing detail as requested, is as described, in new condition and sounds great. Plus good communication with seller.
