Said used Evri so I ordered a much needed harness. Seller used Royal Mail and eventually arrived half a harness. Said I needed urgently and sent the rest of the harness Royal Mail. Both times Royal Mail were on strike. Then no instructions with harness and ignored my request for instructions. Waste of time and terrible service. I am disappointed. 10 days to receive an order that I cannot use without instructions for a harness. Would not use again if you paid me.

Due to the low value of the item we have no option to send Royal Mail. Considering the lead costs £5.95 It would have cost £3 to send it courier. We had no message from you asking fro instructions. It is very easy to fit anyway so you don't really need any ��♂️
