Unfortunately, one of the mugs had a large chip in the base that had not been disclosed. Communications with the Seller was great and the problem was resolved satisfactorily through a partial refund. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and for providing free express shipping to the USA. Highly recommended!

Also das Paket dann schließlich ankam, war nicht nur die Verpackung kaputt, sondern leider auch die Ware. Verkäufer hat sofort auf meine Nachricht reagiert . Anstandslose Rückabwicklung. Jederzeit wieder....fünf Sterne von mir
