The item listed is exactly as described – natural with Heating treatment, and a certificate is provided for this stone.While the item is indeed natural, it has undergone a heating treatment. It appears there was a misunderstanding on the buyer's part, as they believed it to be 100% natural without any treatment. Unfortunately, the buyer did not communicate this concern to us.
Had the buyer reached out, we would have been able to provide the best possible solution to address their expectation
