  Very disappointing! Seller described as in excellent condition with no crazing. The pitcher arrived dirty and with debris and staining at the bottom. I suspect it was from leaving dead flowers and old water in it. The bottom also has several crazing lines on the bottom indicating glaze is crackled. So, I cannot use it for beverages. Seller said they would credit me only $10. I think the value was decreased substantially more. I did not wish to have to repack and return as I am up in age.

  I made a mistake and described the item incorrectly as there was crazing. I offered the customer a free postage paid return or a $10 partial refund. She wanted a $30 refund on a $65 item. She threatened to write negative feedback in order to get a larger refund. This item was a rare MacKenzie Childs Rose pitcher. She continued to threaten my seller rating in EBay messages to the point I contacted EBay to report her. This coercive conduct is not allowed on EBay per EBay policies.
