Seller comms very good; kind, attentive & helpful response to my queries. Glad they're here safe & sound; great quality cartridges, for a great price. I will definitely be back for more. We got what we ordered, albeit PRC manufactured as opposed to our originals all made in USA, but apparently even after Brexit, we are still suffering & included into European deliveries of products! Delivered in a few days, packaged okay, but not hard backed envelope with card to deter items getting bent in transit, luckily both okay! Best price found & selection of colours & ballpoint sizes, communication must be AI as their messages didn’t come across as a human!

Product issue from manufacturer, they went above and beyond to resolve it, great communication and genuinely nice company. The pen is amazing, arrived well boxed, perfect condition other than the manufacturer fault not from shipping. Great price, and in one of the limited edition colours, having the clear grip helps with cleaning and printing too!
