I paid a lot more than other sellers as they were showing he fastest delivery window, when in fact it arrived at the end of the window. I contacted them on purchase, to confirm that it would be shipped quickly, and then again when I found the tracking said India with not one response. On top of this I support USA business, they deceived me of that, so 1 star for everything added up.
