I had to reset the software because there was so much on it that I didn't want. No problem as I am computer literate. I quickly networked it and it is now sitting there doing it's thing. As such it definitely represents good value for money. Indeed we even got a little bit more PC than we bargained for, it has a dvd / cdrom player. "bonus"! Thanks. A++ Ebayer

Otherwise easy to assemble and set up and works very well and is super fast .It doesn't come with kettle lead for power but I already had one. Comes with brand new cordless keyboard and mouse, which is nice as I hate wires everywhere. Excellent value for money so far. The appearance at first was a little dusty but will soon clean up. Altogether, very happy with the pc.

That is EXCELLENT customer service. The computer arrived, and was in better than described condition and is now running Debian like a dream. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again. One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

They admit they should have advised me thay my ordered machine was out of stock and not just sent an alternative. Also, they offered a free return label. However, I accepted a small financial gesture of good will to keep the machine as I had already set up the new machine and disposed of the packaging. So far I am pleased with the machine I received.
