The item was (firstly) damaged (stones missing) & secondly not a mix of colors but instead, mostly black & dark green ! They offered a $5 discount on my purchase - which is not acceptable, & not a solution. All I want it either the item as advertised or a refund. I just need a return shipping label - which they will not give me.
