BirminghamAV were very helpful and customer service was fantastic, even after a small issue that was rectified immediately. I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller

One small issue the item was clearly advertised as a HP Monitor but a NEC monitor arrived. I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes.
