They included a power supply cable that doesn't fit, so I can't check it or connect it to the power outlet. Thanks for ruining my birthday present!!!! This is the first and last time I buy things from you, you can't be relied on. I'm very disappointed.

I have no coplaints at all and it is exactly as advertised so I am very happy with the unit. If I could make a suggestion the advertising photo is a bit misleading as I was hoping for an upright unit although this is covered in the terms etc and although Fedex delivers well they are never on time always late. I have no problem recommending this seller
