The listing stated Windows 11 pro, Open Office and chrome would be installed. Windows was in fact an expired trial version, Open Office and Chrome were not present. The seller did send me a key to activate Windows after I contacted them but no mention of Open Office or Chrome which I installed myself. As this was an “ebay refurbished” item I was disappointed with the transaction.
