My old pair was unfortunately dying and I was in need of another pair. I couldn't find any being sold on the usual big online shops as they're an older model and only saw new Sony earbuds being advertised that were $200.00 plus. Luckily this seller had the exact ones I was looking for and I gladly bought em. It was quite a bargain, and they came relatively fast and in good condition.

Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.

The box was damaged but everything inside of the box was undamaged. Great working with this seller. Great communication. The item was delivered sooner than promised. Will be buying more from RSK Cosmetics in the future.
